It is with regret that I have to inform you that Jonathan Mitchel, the Old Sils Vets captain, has been killed in a head on collision whilst driving his taxi at the weekend.
Whilst I know some of you are not directly involved in organising your Vets team, I would appreciate if you could pass this news on to the relevant parties.
Jonathan was well known as part of the very enjoyable Vet's set-up within Warwickshire, you will all appreciate this is a major loss to the fantastic relationship the club shares with the Sils.
On behalf of CNW I would like to send my best wishes Jonathan's family and all his friends at Old Sils. He will be deeply missed at CNW and throughout the Warwickshire Hockey Community.
