Subscriptions

Cash is in short supply so I would urge those adult members not already on standing order to do so before the season starts, paying monthly spreads out the cost and allows us to manage the clubs cash flow far more effectively, it also reduces the workload for the captains on Saturday as no match fees need be collected. Standing Order forms are available on the windowsill of the Pool room at the Club, on the Club website or from the Treasurer at the email address above. Please ensure that you use the correct form as there are different ones for men and women.
Those who prefer not to pay in this manner please ensure that we have your cheque prior to the first League game.

Juniors subscriptions will be payable by cheque and the £5 match fee must be paid to the captain before the match. It is your responsibility to offer your money to your captain please do not wait to be asked.

From October junior training fees will be payable in advance to avoid the need to collect cash on Tuesday nights, I intend to break these payments into pre and post Christmas and the cost for each block will be £30.

Insurance

On the grounds of cost (£312 p.a.) the Club Committee has decided not to provide Dental Treatment/Spectacle cover for the coming season. Therefore, please ensure that you always wear the appropriate protection when playing. If you require such insurance, it is possible to arrange your own. The Club still has the following insurance:

• Public liability: up to £5 million

• Death and permanent disablement: £15,000
