Congratulations to John Slatford and the rest of the England Over 65 team who matched the efforts of the Mens senior side winning the gold medal at the European Championships in Holland last month.
Victory over the Scotts and a draws against Germany and Holland were enough to secure a place in the final where they made no mistake winning 2-0 to take the gold. Obviously John is too modest for us to have a photo of him on the website
