7:30 Drinks, 8:00 Dinner; 12:30 Disco Ends
Tickets: £25.00
We need to pay the Caterer by Saturday the 13th of March so this gives us 4 weeks only to get the money in (hand the money to your Captains, Annie B, Kate Edmonds, Dave Kettley or John Slatford).
I will be taking numbers from your captains next weekend (20/02/10). So please let them know quickly if you want to come. I will need to know who of you are vegetarians so please be clear when booking your place. | Please also note the following:
Under 16’s if you would like to come you need to bring a Parent with you and the ticket price for the two of you is £45
Under 18’s you can come alone but please make your parents aware that you will be responsible for your conduct
If you haven’t paid for your ticket by the 13th of March you can’t come to the dinner! This may seem harsh but last year after all Natalie’s hard work of trying to get the money in on time people still turned up on the night and didn’t pay for their dinner, I think you will all agree that this isn’t acceptable club etiquette. To make this easier to manage we may make this a ticket only event, in that instance I will mail out again to let you know
